Buyers are responsible for obtaining and/or furnishing resale certificate(s) or as otherwise required by the applicable jurisdiction(s) requirements and are responsible for complying with the laws and requirements of all applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to those matters relating to resale certificates, seller’s permits, and tax requirements.

We may report any activity that may violate the law to officials, regulators or other third parties, and we may do so without prior notice to you.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about you as prompted during the registration process for any THECLOTHINGCAPITAL services, and to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate.
